- The BIS 2026 will run as an in-person conference only. Remote attendance is not supported.
- Each conference and workshop paper needs to be presented by one of the authors.
- The presenter of each accepted conference article needs to pay full registration fee until March 31, 2026 to have the paper published in the conference proceedings.
- The presenter of each accepted workshop paper needs to register until May 31, 2026.

- [3] Participants who are already registered and have paid as regular participants, authors, or workshop authors are not required to pay any additional fee to participate in the Doctoral Consortium.
